The Z_max (k)=R_"Break" (k) Theorem: Unifying Superheavy Barriers from the 137/173 IR Fixed Point to the 118 UV Cutoff

Bilingual release (EN + FR) - Theorem Zmax(k) = RBreak(k) The standard model invokes four distinct barriers to account for the absence of Z>118: 1) Experimental Coulomb barrier with femtobarn cross-section (10^-39 m²) 2) Nuclear instability via spontaneous fission and ultra-fast alpha for Z>100 (ms/µs lifetimes beyond Z=114) 3) Relativistic Dirac limits Z≈137 point-like / Zcrit≈172-173 extended finite nucleus 4) Island of stability Z=114,120,126 N=184 We show these four barriers originate from a single structural law: RBreak(k) = RBreak(IR) * (k/kIR)^-ΔD RBreak(UV)=118 is dynamically extracted from T1/2(Og)=0.89 ms. Shifting IR from 137 to 173 simply adjusts ΔD from 0.05 to 0.08 without altering the central prediction.
