IDEOLOGICAL DOMINANCE AND EXISTENTIAL RISK Wealth Concentration, Reproductive Power, Cultural Continuity and Technological Control from Prehistory to Artificial Intelligence

IDEOLOGICAL DOMINANCE AND EXISTENTIAL RISK Wealth Concentration, Reproductive Power, Cultural Continuity and Technological Control from Prehistory to Artificial Intelligence Garret R. J. KrampeGRE Foundry, Daram Island, Samar, PhilippinesVersion 1.0, 4 November 2026 DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.23939742 Document type: Interdisciplinary research and discussion working paper. This publication examines the relationship between ideology, institutional power, economic concentration, reproductive asymmetry, demographic change and the preservation of cultural and political sovereignty. Using historical and contemporary examples, the paper investigates recurring mechanisms through which dominant institutions and elites have influenced the distribution of resources, population movements, reproductive opportunities and cultural development. The historical comparison incorporates prehistoric population genetics, Bronze Age migrations, paternal-lineage expansions, imperial and colonial systems, coerced reproduction, economic inequality and the technological foundations of political authority. It considers how successive technologies have transformed the exercise of power, from agriculture and metallurgy to modern financial networks, mass communications and artificial intelligence. A central research proposition is that ideological dominance becomes a potential existential risk when concentrated institutional authority combines with economic dependency, coercion, demographic instability and restrictions on independent knowledge or political participation. The paper further examines the potential for AI systems to reinforce established ideological and commercial interests through information filtering, model alignment, market concentration and narrative control. As a constitutional countermodel, it introduces Sovereign Meritocracy, emphasising independently demonstrated competence, citizen sovereignty, transparent governance and accountability. The publication includes a historical mechanisms register and a comparative framework for future research. The record includes global_ancestry_technology_timeline.html, which is valuable supporting material because it links prehistoric population genetics and migration to the broader historical argument. Keywords: Ideological Dominance; Existential Risk; Power Asymmetry; Wealth Concentration; Population Genetics; Reproductive Inequality; Cultural Continuity; Demographic Change; Institutional Capture; Political Economy; Artificial Intelligence; Narrative Control; Sovereign Meritocracy; Human Migration; Historical Demography.
