Planck-Scale Lattice Regularization and Cosmic Rotational Anisotropy in a Phenomenological Kerr-Cartan Black Hole Cosmology

The standard ΛCDM cosmological model faces persistent theoretical challenges, including the ultraviolet (UV) divergence of perturbative quantum gravity and tensions in early-universe structure formation. Recently, James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) observations from the JADES survey reported a statistically significant rotational asymmetry (158 vs. 105, or ~1.5:1 relative to the Milky Way axis across 0.15 ≲ z ≲ 4.51), motivating models beyond isotropic Friedmann–Lemaître–Robertson–Walker (FLRW) geometry. Here we explore a phenomenological framework combining holographic lattice regularization with Einstein–Cartan–Sciama–Kibble (ECSK) black hole cosmology. We postulate an effective horizon lattice with spacing ℓ_lat ~ ℓ_P, which imposes a Brillouin zone cutoff Λ_UV = π/ℓ_lat and, in a toy lattice model, renders the loop integrals finite, while taking c and G as inputs and requiring consistency with Jacobson's thermodynamic horizon relation. Inside a rotating parent Kerr–Cartan black hole, fermion spin–torsion coupling halts gravitational collapse at a non-singular turning point (H = 0), triggering a cosmological bounce. Using a one-parameter phenomenological ansatz that fixes the parent black hole spin parameter (a_* ≈ 0.794) from the observed dark energy mass density (ρ_Λ ≈ 5.8×10^-30 g/cm^3) and calibrates the amplitude parameter κ to the JADES asymmetry, we show that a Gaussian tidal-torque model with vorticity ∝ (1+z)^2 in the benchmark case and the JADES redshift distribution reproduces the sample-averaged spin bias (A_spin ≈ 0.20); two JWST samples of the GOODS-S/HUDF region show a positive asymmetry of the same order, while the redshift shape is left as a model-dependent input because the parent–child geometry and the uniformity of the child universe are not modeled. A global vorticity of this magnitude is excluded by Planck; a localised version requires a dedicated CMB calculation.
