SUD-PSIXOLOGIK EKSPERTIZA JARAYONLARINI TAŞKIL ETIŞNING EMPIRIK ASOSLARI
This article provides a scientific and practical analysis of the empirical foundations of organizing forensic psychological examination processes. The main purpose of the study is to determine the possibilities of using empirical methods in assessing an individual’s psychological state within forensic psychological examination. The study involved 90 adolescents aged 14-17. To identify the respondents’ self-attitude indicators, the Self-Attitude Inventory developed by V.V. Stolin and S.R. Pantileev was used. The obtained results were processed in SPSS 26.0 using descriptive statistics. According to the results, adolescents demonstrated a relatively high level of “self-acceptance”, while the “self-blame” indicator was lower. This indicates the need for a comprehensive assessment of adolescents’ personal identification, emotional stability, and self-attitude in forensic psychological examination. The article discusses the issues of improving the objectivity, validity, and reliability of expert conclusions based on empirical data.
