ThoxWork for the Enterprise: Governed Digital Employees, MeshGroups, Rolodex and Evidence-First Teamwork
Comprehensive edition v1.1.0 of the ThoxWork paper of record, superseding v1.0.1 (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23963936) under the same concept DOI. ThoxWork is THOX's third platform: the code that runs an enterprise of Digital Employees with roles and sponsors, team-scoped access through MeshGroups, the Rolodex assignment state machine with a person-only approval gate, and a hash-chained, tamper-evident evidence record. This edition reconciles the three admission definitions found in the record and rules on them: the pooled-capacity rule of the paper of record governs, is implemented in the ThoxWork core service, and is measured against the live API in Section 7.7 (12,000 cross-tenant policy violations with 0 leaked, a 5,000-task record with completeness 1.0, an admission boundary at 120 of 121 resource units, 6,000 review-gate bypass attempts with 0 successes, and 50 parallel assignments admitted to exactly the pooled capacity, with three independent judges agreeing on all 102 workspaces). The product evidence base is measured throughout: 3,747 product tests passed on rerun across 10 repositories, planner agreement of 12,000 of 12,000 routing decisions and reference-kit agreement of 20,000 of 20,000 admission decisions, an admission-divergence study (56.3 percent of reference placements land on a node too small for the request; the pooled rule admits 4,333 requests the reference rule cannot), and Evidence Lab tamper-detection and chain-cost measurements. The deterministic protocol experiments of the paper of record remain in the reproducibility package, labelled simulated; no result in this edition is measured on a customer deployment.
