Aula invertida en Moodle. Una propuesta para el aprendizaje de la resolución de triángulos rectángulos

The objective of this study was to analyze the level of learning in solving right triangles to inform the design of a teaching proposal on Moodle using the flipped classroom methodology with second-year students in the Physics-Mathematics program at UNAN-Managua/CUR-Estelí during the second semester of 2025. The approach was quantitative, with a non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional design based on the positivist paradigm. The sample consisted of 24 students and 2 instructors. Surveys and a standardized test were administered to collect data. The data were then processed using SPSS, yielding Cronbach’s alpha coefficients ranging from 0.732 to 0.819 and revealing a statistically significant association between the analyzed variables (p = 0.001) via the chi-square test. The results showed that students face conceptual (45.8%) and procedural (58.3%) challenges in solving right triangles, with an average diagnostic score of 3.66 points. It was concluded that the level of learning is moderate and that the competencies are in the process of being consolidated. Finally, a proposal was designed that, although not implemented, could contribute to the learning of trigonometry and will serve as a reference for future research, aligning with the National Education Strategy “Blessings and Victories 2024–2026.”
