Preregistration, Parts II and III: Bread and Bicycles

The preregistration governing Parts II and III of "Bread and Bicycles", with thirteen dated addenda, each carrying the date and commit hash of the private commit that first contained it. It fixes, before each run, the fidelity target that each published instrument had to reproduce, the ordered readings to be tried, and the pass and fail rules. Readings that failed are in it, including those for two targets where a later reconstruction matched the published numbers; the registered verdicts stand as registered. One addendum is redacted in place, with a note saying so, because no permission was granted to cite the private reply it originally rested on. This deposit makes the text immutable from today onward and does not by itself prove the earlier dates, which are asserted and supported by a history available on request.
