The Prior on Δ Is the Measurement: I Marginalized the Barrow Parameter Analytically in a Barrow–Tsallis Cosmography Paper, and δ Moved With the Interval I Chose
Prices Queue-2 item Q2-04, arXiv:2602.12077 (Bolotin, Yanovsky & Yerokhin, Barrow-Tsallis cosmography), on its verified v4 abstract claim and the TSI store record. Cosmography fixes only the combination (1+Delta/2)delta = C = 0.9961 at the target's central pair; delta itself is bought by the assumed uniform prior on Delta. Analytic marginalization reproduces the target's v1 central value 1.018 as 1.0177 at prior [-0.5,0.5], and gives 1.0944 +- 0.3541 (prior only) at the v4 prior [-1,1]: widening the interval alone raises the mean 7.54%, multiplies the prior sigma by 2.35, and supplies 38.6% of the v4 headline variance; across the prior's support delta spans a factor of exactly 3 (0.6641 to 1.9923). DERIVED-INDEPENDENT. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
