The Architecture of Acquiescence: Rescuing Global Governance from Institutionalized Untruth Through the C.L.E.A.R.–B.O.O.M.I.–N.O.W.A.R. Framework
For over a century, democratic and legal institutions across the globe have operated under a silent, corrosive premise: that passive compliance with state-sanctioned falsehoods constitutes a civic duty. This article diagnoses a profound systemic failure—the multi-decade suffocation of innocent citizens through engineered untruths executed not by fringe criminals, but by institutional "forces." We argue that passive or active cooperation with untruth, whether witting or unwitting, transforms compliers into secondary agents of criminality. To dismantle century-old wrongs entrenched in every nation, we propose a transformative global reform anchored in the United Nations: the C.L.E.A.R.–B.O.O.M.I.–N.O.W.A.R. framework, designed to replace bureaucratic opacity with absolute institutional transparency and personal moral accountability.
