Pre-processing, FKP Correction and Robust Bispectrum Analysis (VPM).

This document describes the Phase of the pipeline for the analysis of cosmic vorticity and non-Gaussianity from SDSS and DESI galaxy catalogs. The phase covers the estimation of the number density n¯(z) with ΛCDM cosmology, the generation of random catalogs with chunking for limited memory, the computation of Feldman–Kaiser–Peacock (FKP) weights, and the integration with the Rust kernel cosmic_vorticity_ac (V20) for the computation of the corrected angular bispectrum. Seven scripts organized in four blocks are documented, culminating in a rigorous statistical analysis that applies robustness filters (ℓeff ≤ 25, |Q| ≤ 5), NJK = 20, and evaluates the evolution of Q between two redshifts with significance against the test value Htest 0 = 1.1.
