Dark matter and dark energy as spectral effects of a flightron network within a ZEBTS

We develop the dark‑sector extension of the ZEBTS framework, in which dark matter and dark energy are not introduced as new substances but are reclassified as spectral phenomena of a single flytron network — a dynamical graph whose complex amplitudes carry both the metric and the operational time. The construction rests on one structural ingredient, the spectral split of the network Laplacian into an observable band and a dark band, together with three explicitly declared assumptions: the band‑limiting relation between the cutoff and the spectral control threshold (DS1), the vanishing of gauge matrix elements across the split (DS2), and the band‑suppressed cross coupling (DS3), which we derive from an explicit locality condition. Within this framework we establish: (i) an exact, parameter‑independent vanishing of gauge coupling for dark modes — a selection rule that accommodates the null direct‑detection results of LZ, XENONnT and PandaX‑4T and cannot be eroded by improved sensitivity unless DS2 itself fails; (ii) an effective Yukawa correction to Newtonian gravity whose parameters — the screening length λ = ℓ/√(ω_min^D) and the deviation amplitude α = f_dark/(κ_G·δ_min) — are internally determined by the network spectrum rather than fitted, with the physical normalization deferred to the continuum program; and (iii) a conditional acceleration scenario in which the spectral background density proportional to the Fiedler value λ₂ acts as a dynamical dark‑energy component, the equation‑of‑state parameter satisfying w_eff < −1/3 under stated hypotheses (CE1, CE2, C2), by a trivially correct conditional criterion — in qualitative alignment with the evolving equation of state indicated by DESI DR2. All numerical claims are cast as reproducible validation protocols with declared pass thresholds; no measured value is claimed in the present version. We prove the consistency of the extension with the established theorems of the main ZEBTS article, compare the framework with particle, MOND‑type and brane‑based approaches, and formulate the open problems — above all the continuum normalization and the selection principle for the cutoff scale — that define the boundary of the present contribution. Keywords: dark matter; dark energy; spectral graph theory; emergent gravity; operational time; flytron network; equation of state; Yukawa correction.
