FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN WAKTU TUNGGU PELAYANAN RAWAT JALAN PASIEN BPJS DI RS PERTAMINA JAYA

ABSTRACT Outpatient waiting time is a quality indicator that reflects the organization of service flow and hospital responsiveness. This study aimed to analyze the associations of administrative compliance, discipline, and proactive behavior with compliance with outpatient waiting-time standards among BPJS patients at Pertamina Jaya Hospital. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design was employed. The sample consisted of 106 outpatients covered by BPJS, selected using accidental sampling from a population of 2,500 patients. Data were collected through observations of administrative completeness, punctuality of arrival, Mobile JKN use, and service duration, and were analyzed using multiple logistic regression at a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that most patients experienced waiting times exceeding 60 minutes. The regression model was statistically significant overall, with a Nagelkerke R² of 0.458 and a classification accuracy of 83.0%. Administrative compliance and discipline were significantly associated with compliance with the waiting-time standard, whereas proactive behavior did not show a statistically significant partial association. Discipline was the most prominent variable in the model based on its odds ratio and statistical significance. These findings indicate the need to strengthen information about administrative requirements, improve patient arrival-time management, and evaluate the integration of Mobile JKN with the hospital’s queuing and appointment scheduling systems to support more orderly and efficient outpatient services.
