Preregistration, Part I: Bread and Bicycles

The registered expectations for Part I of "Bread and Bicycles: What Happens to an Interaction Claim When the Second Detail Means Nothing": what would confirm the thesis, what would refute it, and the outcome that is a null and still the paper. Written before the first run so that no combination of hundreds of numbers could be read as support after the fact, and reproduced here verbatim with the date and commit hash of the private commit that first contained it. This deposit makes the text immutable from today onward; it does not by itself prove the earlier date on which the text was written, which is asserted and supported by a history available on request. Two declared deviations are recorded in the document itself.
