BRILIAN Communication & Dissemination plan and materials (3rd version) D7.6
This deliverable presents the third version of the BRILIAN Communication and Dissemination Plan and Materials (CDPM), updating the project’s strategy to reflect progress and communication needs as BRILIAN moves into its final phase. The plan defines the communication and dissemination objectives, target audiences, key messages, channels, activities and monitoring mechanisms used to ensure coordinated and effective communication across the consortium. The updated strategy places greater emphasis on communicating validated project results and promoting the replicability of BRILIAN’s cooperative business models. Target audiences and key messages have been refined accordingly, while new and updated communication actions include a dedicated replicability section on the project website, expanded digital campaigns, reinforced newsletter distribution, updated social media activities, additional video content, promotional materials and targeted engagement actions. The deliverable also reports progress in dissemination activities, including industry workshops, scientific and technical dissemination, Policy Feedback Bulletins, the Advisory Board, cooperation and synergies with other EU-funded projects, and preparations for the project’s final conference. Replicability and engagement with potential adopters are increasingly integrated across these activities. Finally, the document updates the monitoring methodology and Key Performance Indicators used to assess communication and dissemination performance. The results reported up to month 36 show progress across the project’s communication, cooperation, networking and dissemination activities, while identifying the actions that will continue or be strengthened during BRILIAN’s final year.
