Diazepam on two indications: a public result from the Development Plan Agent
This technical note by Thomas Zheng (Percept Biosciences) records three assessments from Percept's Development Plan Agent (DPA), with the three HTML reports as the record. The DPA traces signed mechanistic paths through the Percept KG and scores each target and indication pair for direction and mechanistic support. Diazepam through GABRA2 resolves to a therapeutic direction for anxiety (support 0.35, scoring-policy-v2) and abstains for schizophrenia (0.00, unresolved, scoring-policy-v5-strength). Diazepam through GABRA3 also resolves therapeutic for anxiety (0.20, scoring-policy-v5-strength). The runs used different scoring policies and literature cutoffs, so each is read within its own policy. These are computational outputs. They make no clinical claim or treatment recommendation.
