A space compression coefficient ε is defined, controlled by the escape velocity of the gravitationally bound body. The core derived radiative correction relation reads L_corr = L_0 · ε², with no free tuning parameters. We explicitly separate compatibility checks against general relativity from independent empirical tests of new physical hypotheses. Planetary perihelion precession formulas previously obtained within the framework are algebraically equivalent to general-relativistic expressions and are classified only as consistency checks, not evidence for new physics. The observational verification scheme is redesigned to avoid circular inference. We adopt directly measurable astrophysical quantities (mass M, radius R, photon flux F, distance d, gravitational redshift z) as inputs, and the model predicts surface thermodynamic temperature T, which is then compared with spectroscopic fitting results. Sources dominated by non-thermal emission are excluded from the primary test sample. The Sun serves as a weak-field limit reference; PSR J0437-4715 is retained as the primary compact-object test source. Additional qualified neutron star targets are proposed for future statistical validation. The scaling relation ΔT/T = 0.5 · Δε/ε, previously compared with primordial CMB fluctuations, is reclassified as a local steady-state self-consistency check rather than cosmological evidence for the theory, because its derivation assumes slow, quasi-static perturbations inconsistent with inflationary quantum fluctuations. Two independent, luminosity-free falsifiable predictions are proposed: a supplementary gravitational time-delay correction for photons passing near compact objects, and a characteristic spectral distortion distinct from pure gravitational redshift. These provide separate observational channels to validate or reject the core hypothesis. All test criteria, error budgets and competing alternative hypotheses are stated clearly. This work presents a self-consistent, falsifiable zero-free-parameter model, pending larger high- quality neutron star samples and independent observational campaigns.
