Testolift, a Novel InSitu360 Nutraceutical Formulation, Improves Testosterone Status, Physical Performance, Mood, Fatigue, and Quality of Life in Healthy Adult Men: A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Clinical Trial

Abstract Testosterone plays a critical role in physical performance, energy metabolism, mood, and well-being in men. Testolift is a novel nutraceutical formulation integrating black ginger (Kaempferia parviflora) polymethoxyflavones, fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) steroidal saponins, and zinc methionine using InSitu360 molecular complexation technology. In this randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, 30 healthy adult males received Testolift (300 mg/day) or placebo for 12 weeks. Testolift increased serum total testosterone from 3.51 ± 0.56 to 4.92 ± 0.87 ng/mL, corresponding to an absolute increase of 1.41 ± 0.94 ng/mL (40.17%; p < 0.001), with a significant treatment × visit interaction (p = 0.0035) and an estimated between-group difference in change of 2.017 ng/mL (95% CI, 0.6921–3.343). Improvements were also observed in estimated VO2max, grip strength, fatigue, mood, and quality of life. Testolift was well-tolerated. These findings support its potential to promote healthy testosterone status and physical performance in healthy adult males.
