Competitive Binding of OsYAB2 and OsYAB5 to OsKAN1 Modulates Gibberellin Levels and Regulates Plant Height in Rice
Summary statement OsYAB2 promotes rice height by directly activating OsKAN1 and competing with OsYAB5 for OsKAN1 binding. This interaction modulates the OsGA2ox6‐GA pathway to enhance internode cell elongation through increased bioactive GA levels and SLR1 degradation.
