The Paper and the Pen Framework: Cosmic Neutrino Mass Evolution, Baryogenesis, Axion-PBH Dark Matter Duality, and Unitary Black Hole Evaporation

Abstract Building upon the topological internal space framework established in previous works (The Paper and the Pen I & II), this paper (Paper III) extends the structural projection formalism to resolve four longstanding paradigms in modern cosmology and quantum gravity. We formulate a redshift-dependent neutrino mass evolution meff(z) reconciling early Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) predictions with late-universe DESI DR2 constraints. Furthermore, we derive cosmic baryon asymmetry via the Schwinger-Keldysh Closed-Time-Path (CTP) formalism using the signed Henneaux-Teitelboim variable ρΛ ∈ R, unify dark matter through a topological axion-PBH duality while providing an exothermic scattering solution to the recent LUX-ZEPLIN (LZ 2026) high-energy recoil event, and resolve the black hole information loss paradox by deriving the Page curve analytically from the Single-Record Settlement Principle (SRSP).
