This repository presents the complete 3-volume suite of K-PROTOCOL Series 00-D (Core Monograph IV, Companion Guide IV, and Conjectural Supplement IV), establishing a parameter-free operator derivation of the Standard Model lepton spectrum, fine-structure gravitational flux metrology, and static electroweak/quark projections on the truncated harmonic Hilbert space l^2(N >= 2). 1. Core Monograph IV (00-D_Core_Monograph_IV_Lepton_Mass_Ladder_and_PMNS_Spectrum.pdf):Starting from the shifted harmonic lattice measure w(k) = 4 / [(k-1)k(k+1)] (k >= 2) and its radial self-energy operator [W_w]_{kk} = w(k)^2 / (4k) = 4 / [(k-1)^2 k^3 (k+1)^2], we prove via an exact polynomial partial-fraction identity that all quadratic zeta(2) divergences cancel by Step-2 telescopic pairing. This locks the operator trace identically to the Apery diagonal vacuum condensate Tr(W_w) = 4*zeta(3) - 19/4 = Z_diag = 0.0582276126, with an exact 24:1 infrared {2,3} doublet hierarchy, capture fraction eta_{2,3} = 25 / (432*Z_diag) = 99.3865%, and residual tail condensate Z_tail = Z_diag - 25/432 = 0.0003572423. Evaluated at the quadrupole-free reference origin I_0 (cos^2(phi_0) = w(2) = 2/3, sin^2(phi_0) = 1/3), the Master Vacuum Transfer Operator U_vac fixes all lepton and metrological observables across three locked stages with zero adjustable parameters:- Stage I (Planck-Electron Hierarchy & Koide-Brannen Charged Lepton Ladder): Locks the 1-loop dressed Euclidean throat action S_eff = 16*pi - ln(2) + (1/sqrt(3))*(alpha/pi) = 49.573676 (0.24 ppm in action; 12 ppm in linear mass ratio), the exact 6-mode barrier Pi_6 = (2^14 * 3^9 * 5^4)^(-1), the exact Koide invariant Q_Koide = w(2) = 2/3 (via r_{I_0} = cot(phi_0) = sqrt(2)), and the 2-loop dressed Brannen phase delta_lep = 2/9 + (1 - |gamma_vac|)*(alpha/pi)^2 = 0.22222664 rad, yielding m_mu/m_e = 206.768104 (0.87 ppm) and m_tau = 1776.9292 MeV (0.57 sigma).- Stage II (Fine-Structure Constant Gravitational Metrology): Resolves the 5.4-sigma discrepancy among LKB Paris (87Rb), Harvard (g_e - 2), and UC Berkeley (133Cs) onto a single invariant baseline alpha_{I_0}^(-1) = 137.035998944(9) (0.07-sigma RMS residual).- Stage III (Chiral Neutrino Projection & Complete PMNS Spectrum): Eliminates right-handed sterile neutrinos (Omega_odd = 1/4, m_{beta,beta} = 0) and locks all four PMNS mixing parameters (sin^2(theta_13) = 0.022046, sin^2(theta_23) = 0.545435, sin^2(theta_12) = 0.302901, delta_CP = 190.48 deg) alongside the normal-ordered neutrino mass spectrum (m_1, m_2, m_3) = (0.674, 8.627, 50.411) meV, kinematic beta-decay endpoint mass m_beta = 8.8534 meV, and cosmological sum Sigma m_nu = 59.712 meV. Includes a self-contained, zero-branching Python verification suite. 2. Companion Guide IV (00-D_Companion_Guide_IV_Intuitive_Lepton_Geometry_and_Metrology.pdf):Translates the formal operator proofs of Core Monograph IV into five intuitive geometric mental models (the Two-Step Noise-Canceling Filter, the 2/3 Living Room + 1/3 Pillar Compass, the 3-Cylinder Rotary Engine, the Tilted Terrestrial Scale, and the Dual Parity Mirror), tentative experimental notes for ongoing precision searches, and a 3-minute pocket-calculator walkthrough. 3. Conjectural Supplement IV (00-D_Conjectural_Supplement_IV_Boson_and_Quark_Projections.pdf):Records self-consistent static algebraic projections extending the same five lattice invariants to the electroweak boson sector (v_lat = 246.274 GeV, sin^2(theta_W) = 0.231232, m_W = 80.384 GeV, m_Z = 91.192 GeV, m_H = 125.288 GeV) and the six-quark CKM mass and mixing spectrum prior to renormalization group running, with zero hardcoded boson or quark mass inputs.
