Modeling Stationary-to-Rotating Power Transfer with a Two-Machine EMRT

This paper develops a governed reference model for stationary-to-rotating electrical power transfer through a two-machine Electro-Mechanical Rotational Transformer (EMRT) arrangement. It specifies the topology, primitive set, invariants, machine and energy equations, control comparison, assigned simulation conditions, communication concepts, failure modes, evidence limits, and a bench-validation plan. The current evidence is local software evidence. The reported results are bounded to the declared simulation configuration. No hardware trial, calibration certificate, safety approval, demonstrated efficiency advantage, priority claim, or novelty determination is asserted. The EMRT technical brief and conceptual schematics are published as separately citable companion works.
