BENEFICIATION OF POTASH ORES FROM THE TYUBEGATAN DEPOSIT AND ECONOMIC FACTORS AFFECTING EFFICIENCY

This paper examines the technological characteristics of potash ore beneficiation at the Tyubegatan deposit in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the main economic factors determining the efficiency of ore processing. Particular attention is paid to sylvinite ores containing potassium chloride and sodium chloride, as well as to the selection of rational crushing, grinding, and flotation operating conditions. The influence of the valuable component content in the feed ore, concentrate yield, and potassium chloride recovery on the production cost of the final product is considered. The main production cost items are analyzed, including energy consumption, reagent consumption, water supply, equipment maintenance, and waste management. The paper emphasizes the need for an integrated assessment of technological and economic indicators to improve the efficiency of mineral resource utilization and promote the development of potash fertilizer production.
