From the Zeptometer Shockwave to the Timeless Ocean: Emergent Temporal Dynamics, Quantum Fluctuations, and the Ontological Architecture of Time
ABSTRACT Recent experimental probing of ultra-rare particle decays at sub-atomic scales—such as the B 0 meson decays observed at CERN’s LHCb detector—opens indirect empirical windows into physics at the zeptometer scale. While contemporary physics treats such empirical events as isolated phenomena within an background space-time metric, this paper introduces a unified ontological model: the Emergent Temporal Architecture. We argue that time is neither a external coordinate nor a simple scalar clock, but a collective emergent phenomenon born out of fundamental interaction dynamics. Moving from physical mechanisms to systemic intuition, we present the conceptual model of the "Time Bank" fed by the "Timeless Ocean" (the primordial unmanifest state), and formalize how four fundamental interactions embody unique temporal modes. This synthesis bridges particle physics, systemic invention, and philosophical inquiry.
