Papers 1-5: PPKBH-4DFC - The Geometric Boundary Condition of the Vacuum: The Hierarchy Problem and Cosmological Constant via a Stationary Deflated Metric

Abstract: The Standard Model currently faces two irreconcilable mathematical discontinuities: the Hierarchy Problem between the Electroweak and Planck scales, and the Cosmological Constant Vacuum Catastrophe. Despite extensive high-energy searches, the Large Hadron Collider has failed to produce the Supersymmetry particles traditionally theorized to bridge this energy gap. We propose that these discontinuities are not missing particle spectra, but direct symptoms of one geometric discontinuity. By modeling the observable universe as a stationary, deflated progeny cavity interior to a Parent Kerr Black Hole, we derive a strict geometric deflation ratio of , bounded by the Popławski torsion limit and the Top Quark/Electroweak phase transition. We demonstrate that the Axiom Break at this threshold initiated a two-stage mass partition, retracting the excess pre-deflation non-baryonic energy to an outer boundary shell. This process left only a fractional baryonic dust distributed within a unified, baseline Quantum Vacuum Energy (QVE) / Vacuum Energy Tension (VET) substrate. Consequently, the Vacuum Catastrophe is shown to be a mathematical artifact caused by applying 4D Quantum Field Theory across a severed 1D geometric boundary into a physically drained vacuum, exponentiating the spatial scaling violation by exactly . This framework natively reconciles the LHC's null results and establishes a mathematically stable vacuum governed by mechanical elasticity rather than expanding Dark Energy.
