Part 11: A Program That Generalizes All Inequalities and Incorporates Them into Functions, While Simultaneously Optimizing Them via the Function $C$

We examine weighted and convex transformations of the sharpBabenko–Beckner inequality and exact increment inequalities, retaining their correct hypotheses and optimal constants. For Shannonand Rényi entropic uncertainty relations we characterize positive linear convex-transform corrections, their sharp coefficients, and thequadratic corrections available for smooth functions. We completethe realization argument needed for the entropy–variance theorem. We additionally give an exact phase-space covariance and Gaussianreference entropy decomposition. Its nonnegative remainder providesa Fourier-sensitive refinement for every normalized Schwartz function, with equality on chirped Gaussians. For that Gaussian family we alsoprove an explicit quantitative comparison with the unchirped Gaussian extremizing manifold. Abstract

These results are distinguished from anunproved, global distance-to-Gaussians stability conjecture
