Evaluasi Keberlanjutan Implementasi ISO 9001:2015 melalui Audit Surveillance pada LAZNAS Dewan Da’wah

The implementation of ISO 9001:2015 at LAZNAS Dewan Da’wah was evaluated through a surveillance audit to assess the consistency of implementation and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS). The audit was conducted on-site on January 19, 2026, with reference to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and covered organizational processes, document control, quality objectives, internal audits, management review, customer satisfaction, follow-up of previous audit findings, and continual improvement. The audit results indicated that no Major or Minor nonconformities were identified and that all findings from the previous audit had been appropriately addressed. However, the auditor identified three Potential for Improvement (PI) areas, namely strengthening the Risk Register, improving documentation of the achievement of Quality Objectives/RKAT, and strengthening the adequacy of human resources for the monitoring and evaluation (Monev) function. These findings indicate that the QMS has been implemented consistently and meets the audit requirements, although opportunities for improvement remain in risk management, performance documentation, and human resource adequacy. Improvements in these areas are necessary to strengthen the effectiveness and sustainability of ISO 9001:2015 implementation at LAZNAS Dewan Da’wah.
