Reconciling Strong Interference Suppression, High-Dynamic Tracking and Precise RTK Positioning Through PODA Phase Transport

Centimeter-level real-time kinematic (RTK) positioning under strong suppressive jamming and high dynamics requires both interference rejection and a continuous ranging reference. We develop a physical–observation dual-axis (PODA) formulation that connects observation formation, carrier-phase transport and integer ambiguity resolution. Configurations are identified by their complete receiving behavior; distinct outputs for the same physical input establish a nontrivial observation axis in the specified array model. On a regular, nonzero-response domain, moving-array kinematics and polar decomposition determine a response-compatible U(1) connection. With an identifiable common reference and compatible real phase lifts, inverse transport preserves propagation phase through continuous motion and discrete weight updates. Finite-window errors enter the double-difference bias, covariance and integer decision. A seven-element, five-satellite receiver is tested on 40 six-second noise arcs at 95 dB input jammer-to-signal ratio, with speed up to 541 m/s, acceleration up to 100 m/s2, three-axis rotation, 0.53 ms weight updates and 1 ms carrier loops. Under calibrated frequency-flat responses and ideal code separation, hybrid same-source and direct-response transport achieve correct ellipsoid-plus-residual acceptance at 70.75% and 82.91% of epochs. Their respective accepted-set three-dimensional baseline RMS errors are 2.54 and 0.945 cm, with no false accepts in either sample; direct transport correctly fixes all 40 endpoints. These results give a constructive phase-reference preservation theory and a centimeter-level positioning demonstration under the declared joint jamming and motion conditions. The power and bandwidth studies delimit its extension to a frequency-dependent receiver. Spoofing is not considered.
