PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK TERHADAP WORK LIFE BALANCE PEGAWAI PADA BADAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PROVINSISUMATERA UTARA

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training and non-physical work environment on employee work life balance at the Human Resources Development Agency of North Sumatra Province. The study used a quantitative approach with primary data collected through questionnaires. The population and sample consisted of 66 employees using saturated sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25, supported by t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that training has a positive and significant effect on work life balance with t = 8.313 and significance of 0.000. The non-physical work environment has no significant effect on work life balance with t = 1.042 and significance of 0.301. Simultaneously, training and non-physical work environment significantly affect work life balance with F = 35.110 and significance of 0.000. The Adjusted R Square of 0.512 indicates that 51.2% of the variation in employee work life balance is explained by the two independent variables.
