Dataset and code for "A Minimal Dynamical Model for Frequency-Dependent Cellular Mechanics in Dual-Trap Optical Tweezers"

Dataset for manuscript entitled "A Minimal Dynamical Model for Frequency-Dependent Cellular Mechanics in Dual-Trap Optical Tweezers", submitted for publication to Soft Matter. The .dat files contain experimental trajectories of particles trapped in dynamic optical tweezers when the particle is attached to a Red Blood Cell, used to generate the final figures of the manuscript (i.e., the experimental validation of the model). A reference without RBC is also included. Distances are in microns and time in seconds. The Mathematica and PDF files correspond to the evaluation of the proposed mechanical model used to generate the corresponding figures.

The .dat files contain experimental trajectories of particles trapped in dynamic optical tweezers when the particle is attached to a Red Blood Cell, used to generate the final figures of the manuscript (i.e., the experimental validation of the model).
