ANALISIS KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MEMBANGUN KOLABORASI DAN KEMITRAAN DUDI DI SMK NEGERI 1 MEDAN

School leadership plays an important role in building communication, coordinating school members, and developing partnerships with the business and industrial sectors. This article aims to analyze the principal's leadership style in developing collaboration and partnerships with business and industry at SMK Negeri 1 Medan. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis focuses on openness to feedback, decision-making, cooperation among school members, and the development of relationships with industry partners. The findings are expected to provide an overview of leadership practices in supporting school collaboration and partnerships. The conclusions are based on field findings concerning the principal's leadership characteristics and their contribution to strengthening relationships between the school and the business and industrial sectors.
