Nested Biological Organization and Perceptual Scale: A Relational Hypothesis

AbstractHow are an organism’s embodied individuality and its access to spatial detail connected? Bridge Theory proposes that finer relations constitute wholes whose outward participation gives them an object-role within a common domain. That domain is itself a whole in wider relations; its inward common conditions and outward participation belong to one realization. Cellular life, integrated organisms, planetary living organization and nonliving surroundings are contextual physical expressions of this account, not its material foundations. Observer-scale embedding (OSE) develops the perceptual application through identifiable source structure. A conventional Planck length and the frozen Planck18 particle-horizon benchmark including baryon acoustic oscillation data supply the quantitative endpoints. Additive logarithmic depth and unweighted exchange conditionally yield a principal reference of 118.9 micrometres, with a radius alternative of 84.1 micrometres, without using visual measurements. Published Landolt-C group means at actual distances of 33, 50 and 66 cm yield nominal source-detail equivalents of 76.3, 112.9 and 142.3 micrometres. Their traversal of the two-convention interval is a retrospective, condition-specific correspondence, not a universal visual cutoff. The complete 16-group record, separate clinical cutoff and precision analysis delimit the result. Constant-acuity geometry also produces the ordering, limiting discrimination from contingent or selected viewing conditions. The contribution connects constituted participants and their common world to distinct embodied and perceptual readings, a fixed scale construction and an assessable empirical comparison.Version and supporting materialAuthor preprint; not peer reviewed. Abstract
