BRILIAN Communication & Dissemination plan and materials (2nd version) D7.5
This deliverable presents the second version of BRILIAN’s Communication and Dissemination Plan and Materials (CDPM), updating the strategy established at the beginning of the project to reflect its progress, achievements and communication needs during the first 24 months. The plan defines the project’s communication and dissemination objectives, target audiences, key messages, channels, activities and monitoring mechanisms, ensuring a coordinated approach across the consortium. The updated strategy addresses different stakeholder groups, including industrial companies, the research community, policymakers and public authorities, feedstock providers, investors, consumers and the general public. It covers the main communication channels and activities implemented by BRILIAN, including the project website, social media, newsletters, press and media activities, promotional campaigns, videos, digital and printed materials, events, conferences, industry workshops and scientific publications. The deliverable also describes dissemination activities aimed at reinforcing stakeholder engagement and knowledge exchange, including the Policy Feedback Bulletins, the Advisory Board of Farmers and synergies with other European projects. Particular attention is given to new and strengthened communication actions, such as targeted digital campaigns, additional visual materials, recorded training sessions and pilot-related content. Finally, the document presents the methodology used to monitor communication and dissemination performance through Key Performance Indicators and the project’s Communication and Dissemination Logbook.
