Building ethical voice: Students’ self-reported experience of expressing a Christian perspective on business ethics through LEGO® Serious Play®

LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) is a methodology designed to help individuals and groups engage in meaningful problem-solving and communication as they address a variety of individual and organizational challenges. An LSP intervention was designed to help undergraduate students gain experience in expressing a Christian perspective on business ethics. Results revealed that the intervention significantly increased students’ self-reported experience of expressing a Christian perspective on ethics ( M difference = .54, SD difference = .68, d = .80, p < .001). The results suggest that LSP can effectively facilitate student experience in expressing a Christian perspective on business ethics and can potentially contribute to other learning outcomes.
