Spectrum 7.0: Unified Architecture of Computation and Translation

This document is the final navigation map and theoretical synthesis of the Spectrum project (Version 5.0). Following two rigorous external audits, all speculative physical claims (Warp Transistor, coordinate-based data compression) have been permanently classified as Residue. The cryptographic assumptions regarding One-Time Pads have been corrected to deterministic stream ciphers (CSPRNG). The project's verified core now focuses exclusively on cognitive architecture: the Known/Unknown protocol for AI hallucination reduction, the culturally-aware Glyph model for semantic translation, and the Yin-Yang framework for Human-LLM symbiosis. This manifesto links to all 10 artifacts, providing a clear map of what is Known, what is Speculative, and where the epistemological boundary (D6) lies.
