ESTRATÉGIA INTEGRATIVA DE REVISÕES MULTIFOCAIS ASSOCIADA AO APOIO OPERACIONAL DE FERRAMENTAS DE INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL GENERATIVA (IAG) NA MODELAGEM ECODINÂMICA

The complexity of tropical ecosystems and the need to assess biological responses to anthropogenic disturbances require methodological approaches capable of integrating different dimensions of ecological knowledge. This study presents an integrative strategy of multifocal reviews associated with the operational support of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) tools applied to Ecodynamic Modeling. The approach combines Systematic Review, Meta-analysis, Integrative Review, Scoping Review, and Qualitative Meta-synthesis in order to integrate quantitative, conceptual, and interdisciplinary evidence related to bioindicator biometrics, resilience, and ecosystem changes. The methodology was structured according to PRISMA guidelines, the PICO strategy, and scoping review frameworks, complemented by the use of GAI for structured data extraction, table standardization, keyword screening, search strategy refinement, conceptual translation, and thematic coding. A total of 142 records were identified, of which 85 were selected during screening, 38 were assessed in full text, and 12 were integrated into the systematic synthesis. The simulated meta-analysis showed high heterogeneity (I2 = 78.4%) and a combined overall effect of Hedges’ g = −1.85 (95% CI: −2.24 to −1.46; p < 0.001), indicating a significant reduction in biometric performance and resilience rates under the analyzed stressors. The findings indicate that morphological and physiological changes in bioindicators may act as early markers of ecological threshold transgression. The integration of the different methods also makes it possible to connect biometrics, resilience ecology, mathematical modeling, and environmental engineering, strengthening their application in Environmental Impact Assessment, environmental licensing, degraded-area restoration, and environmental liability valuation. It is concluded that the multifocal strategy expands the capacity to interpret ecodynamic processes, while GAI can serve as an auxiliary tool, provided that its outputs undergo cross-checking and critical human validation.
