Integrasi Layanan Antrean Digital dan Konsultasi Medis Berbasis Web Mobile menggunakan Pendekatan Telemedicine
Registration and patient queueing at Mangunjaya Community Health Center have relied on in-person procedures, requiring patients to visit the facility to obtain queue numbers. This practice may contribute to crowded waiting areas and uncertainty regarding service times. This study aimed to develop an Android-based application for queue reservations and medical consultations, integrated with a Laravel backend and a web-based administration panel. The system incorporates online queue booking with dynamically displayed daily capacity, an information chatbot, real-time messaging, electronic medical record documentation with role-based access, and integrated notifications. Application development focused on connecting patient-facing services with administrative and clinical workflows within the health center. Implementation results showed that the application displayed current queue quotas and progress, supported doctors in recording clinical encounters, and facilitated communication between patients and health center personnel. Functional testing of the interface and system workflows indicated that the evaluated features operated according to the specified requirements. These findings demonstrate the functional feasibility of integrating reservation, communication, and documentation services within a single mobile platform. The application is expected to reduce the need for patients to visit the facility solely for queue registration and to support more organized service delivery. However, its actual effects on waiting times, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency require further evaluation during routine use.
