Sentinel: Pre-Execution Authorization for AI Agents and Legacy Operational Technology

Sentinel is a pre-execution authorization layer for AI agent actions and legacy OT device commands: an agent gate with a tamper-evident audit chain, and NetGuard, a command broker, enforcement generator, and telemetry watchdog for end-of-life controllers. Evaluated on an internal agent-scenario harness and an end-to-end replay of the November 2026 European supermarket refrigeration attacks. Development-stage technical preview; internal testing only.
