This dataset contains CUT&Tag sequencing data profiling genome-wide histone H3 lysine 18 lactylation (H3K18la) in tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) isolated from hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues of Slc2a1fl/fl mice. The study aimed to characterize the genome-wide distribution of H3K18la and its associated epigenetic landscape in TAMs within the HCC tumor microenvironment.
