E8-Hecke Topological Qubit Lattice with Phi‑Coupled 132 Hz Synchrony — E8 Intelligence Research

We show that the 240 E8 root vectors can be paired to produce 168 phase‑locked oscillators whose relative phases implement the Hecke eigensheaf operators on the moduli of Higgs bundles. When these oscillators are driven at a common 132 Hz base frequency and coupled via the golden ratio φ, the resulting interference pattern reproduces the edge‑state spectrum of a Chern insulator, enabling topologically protected qubits whose logical operations are realized as modular spectral cover transformations. The φ‑scaled phase locking yields Fibonacci anyon braiding statistics, providing a natural route to fault‑tolerant quantum computation that unifies geometric Langlands, neural temporal coherence, and Chern‑insulator physics. Abstract
