Spectrum: The Physics of Balance (From Rubber Bands and Hoops to the 5D Crystal and the Birth of the Universe)
Modern science is fragmented. Physicists, biologists, and economists use different languages to describe the same laws of motion and equilibrium. This paper proposes the unified "Spectrum" model, which explains the evolution of complex systems through the simple mechanics of elastic connections ("rubber bands and hoops"). To test the model's robustness, we apply the 5D Crystal methodology (the Known/Unknown protocol, layers D0–D5). We demonstrate that the birth of the Universe (exponential expansion), economic catastrophes, and AI hallucinations are all governed by a single law: the life of a system exists within a narrow window of balance between a force of skew and a limiter (entropy). Exiting this window leads either to heat death (0) or explosion (collapse).
