The Complex-Phasor Evolution Theory (CPET): A Non-Hermitian Dynamics Framework for Gravitational Corrections and Black Hole Topological Escape
We present the Complex-Phasor Evolution Theory (CPET), a unified theoretical framework constructed upon three foundational operators: Dissipation, Amplification, and Truncation. By applying the Principle of Least Action and enforcing PT-symmetry, we derive a stable Non-Hermitian Master Equation. The theory reveals a non-linear dynamical system analogous to the Lorenz attractor, explaining the continuous evolution from stable black holes to 100 percent radiating white holes. Macroscopically, the framework introduces a bounded logarithmic correction, perfectly fitting the SPARC galaxy rotation curves without dark matter. Microscopically, the black hole energy escape is governed by the minimal Master Equation E = wn^2. Incorporating the non-linear cross-coupling perturbation, the framework analytically yields an exact upper bound for post-merger echoes (8.91 percent for GW190521), strictly aligning with LIGO observations.
