THE IMPACT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AND ORGANIZATIONAL INNOVATION
This article examines the theoretical and organizational relationships between transformational leadership, employee performance, and organizational innovation in contemporary business environments. Using comparative analysis, theoretical synthesis, systems thinking, and conceptual modeling, the study investigates how leadership behaviors may influence employee motivation, psychological empowerment, knowledge sharing, and innovative work behavior. An integrated conceptual framework is developed that connects the four dimensions of transformational leadership with organizational conditions, employee performance indicators, and innovation outcomes. The proposed framework provides a methodological foundation for strengthening leadership development, improving human resource management practices, and evaluating the potential contribution of transformational leadership to organizational competitiveness.
