Evaluasi Dampak Praktik Pembelajaran terhadap Kemampuan Siswa dalam Memenuhi Standar Kurikulum dan Dunia Kerja
This study evaluated the impact of practical learning on students' ability to meet curriculum standards and workplace demands in the Agribusiness of Food Crops and Horticulture (ATPH) program at SMKN 2 Selayar. The study used an evaluative approach based on the CIPP model covering context, input, process, and product components. Data were obtained through curriculum document review, observation of practical learning, questionnaires, interviews with school stakeholders and industry partners, and analysis of students' academic, internship, and competency test scores. The findings show that the learning context was generally aligned with agribusiness needs; four curriculum aspects were categorized as highly appropriate and four as appropriate. Teacher readiness and industry partnership were categorized as good to very good, while student readiness and facilities were sufficient to good. Practical learning was implemented through school-based field practice, project activities, and three-month industrial internship. The product component indicated positive outcomes: productive subject scores averaged 84-85, school practice 86-87, internship 84-85, and competency certification 86-87. These results indicate that practical learning effectively supports curriculum achievement and basic work readiness, although modernization of agricultural technology, work documentation, digital literacy, and agribusiness management require further strengthening.
