Diseño curricular virtual de trabajo social: Modelo socioformativo basado en el Diseño Universal de Aprendizaje
Background: Online social work education requires curricula that integrate values, technological access, and collaborative place-based action. Objective: To design the curricular and technology-enhanced pedagogical structure of the online Bachelor's Degree in Social Work at Universidad San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca, integrating socioformation and Universal Design for Learning to address regional needs for inclusion, flexibility, and academic quality. Methodology: A qualitative approach aimed at developing a proposal was adopted within the Integrative Methodology for Socioformative Curriculum Design and Design-Based Research, with a sample of 184 students and 17 faculty members. The proposal was validated through expert review. Results: The proposal comprised a four-dimensional profile, an eight-semester curriculum, and the operationalization of the three Universal Design for Learning guidelines. Validation yielded a high content validity index (Aiken's V = 0.87). Conclusions: The convergence of these approaches enables ethical, inclusive, community-oriented online education while preserving axiological rigor and place-based praxis.
