FEATURES OF PEDAGOGICAL PROFESSIONALISM IN THE CONTEXT OF PEDAGOGICAL DEONTOLOGY
This conference paper explores pedagogical professionalism as an integrated system of specialized knowledge, professional duty, moral responsibility, ethical judgment and reflective practice. From a deontological perspective, professional excellence is demonstrated not only through successful teaching methods but also through educators' commitment to learners' dignity, fairness, confidentiality, inclusion and responsible decision-making. Based on a conceptual review of international professional guidance, the paper identifies six interrelated features of pedagogical professionalism and discusses practical approaches to their development, with particular attention to preschool educators. A scenario-based model of ethical professional learning is proposed.
