Casino Protocol Autonomous V3.9.39 3C³ Verification, Nonlinear Y = x² Governance Scaling, and Autonomous Economic Distribution Architecture

Abstract This paper presents Casino Protocol Autonomous V3.9.39, an integrated architecture for AI governance, verification, and economic distribution. The protocol combines a three-factor verification model (3C³), nonlinear governance scaling based on (Y=x^2), a multidimensional value assessment model (S\times A\times E), monthly AI usage records, revenue-based levy allocation, and cryptographically authenticated execution. The 3C³ model evaluates three dimensions: Consistency (C1), empirical Correspondence (C2), and Consensus (C3). These dimensions are combined through a harmonic-mean function to produce a verification score (T). The resulting score is transformed through a normalized quadratic function: [ Y=\frac{T^2}{10,000} ] This nonlinear transformation is intended to reduce the effective execution amount when verification confidence is lower, while preserving a common mathematical control principle across participating nodes. The protocol also introduces a value assessment model based on subjective observational capacity, altruistic orientation, and understanding of economic benefit structures. AI-related revenue is subject to a proposed 1% levy, with the collected amount divided between a liability compensation reserve and a dynamic distribution pool. The reference implementation is written in Solidity 0.8.20 and incorporates EIP-712 typed signatures, nonce-based replay protection, monthly usage records, period entitlements, emergency isolation, and a JPY settlement adapter interface. This paper distinguishes the mathematical model, its engineering implementation, and the real-world verification required for operational deployment. V3.9.39 is presented as an integrated reference architecture and research implementation, not as a claim that independent bank settlement, production security, or legal enforceability has already been demonstrated. Keywords: AI governance, 3C³ verification, harmonic mean, nonlinear governance, quadratic scaling, smart contracts, autonomous distribution, EIP-712, economic accountability
