Phase II trial of anti PD-1 monoclonal antibody and FOLFOXIRI combined with long-course radiotherapy

Low-lying locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC) remains at substantial risk of incomplete tumor response and suboptimal organ preservation despite multimodal therapy. Here we conducted a prospective, single-arm, phase II trial (NCT 06099951) evaluating FOLFOXIRI chemotherapy combined with long-course chemoradiotherapy and PD-1 blockade (serplulimab) in low-lying LARC patients.
