Urgent Challenges for Improving Competition Policy

The author proposes the participation of specialists from antitrust authorities of each country in cooperation with international structures to develop an adequate joint policy against unfair collusions. This work presents a paradigm-shifting “atomic” model of perfect competition, positing that market efficiency is governed not by the sheer quantity agents, but by the structural, bipolar balance within the market core. For practical recommendations for maximally fast economic improvement, driving a theoretical parallel with physics electrodynamics, we adapt Ohm’s Law to formalize the natural strength of competition. We demonstrate that artificial market oversaturation with countless micro-agents induces severe transactional friction, leading to systemic “short-circuits” characterized by structural crises. The findings offer a new physics-grounded diagnostic framework by antitrust regulation for market stabilization and author presents principles for maintaining of maximally perfect competition against hidden monopolies.
