Fault Detection and Fault-Tolerant Design in Cyber-Physical Systems: A Review
Cyber-physical systems must keep working acceptably when components fail. This review summarizes dependability concepts, model-based fault detection, and redundancy and consensus techniques for tolerating faults. No new experimental data are reported. An AI language model (Claude, Anthropic) was used in preparing this manuscript.
