This paper constitutes the second core methodological manuscript of the Yinghua All‑field Partial Coupling System (YH‑APSFC), succeeding the foundational framework paper entitled *Yinghua All-field Partial Coupling System: Planetary-scale Field-sensing Observation Framework and Cross-domain Coupling Phenomenon Research* (DOI: 10.6084/m9.figshare.34556265). Based on long‑term sequential observation and a set of five core controlled experiments together with an eighteen‑item standardized exclusion screening protocol, this work establishes a complete observation and discrimination methodology for the Yinghua field‑sensing acoustic effect. It defines observable signal features, interference exclusion criteria, baseline calibration workflow and the judgement rules for distinguishing genuine coupling signals from artifacts. This study systematically formalizes ten novel macroscopic evolution laws of full-domain coupling, forming the core empirical and theoretical summary of planetary-scale weak field coupling responses. The methodology provides repeatable operating standards for subsequent spectral recording, modal classification and quantitative research, forming the method foundation of the YH‑APSFC sequence. The full finalized manuscript has been permanently solidified via electronic data certification by Shenzhen Notary Public Office, with the deposit certificate No. (2026) ShenZheng Cun Zi No. 202520745, for chronological right confirmation and version traceability of the original research results.
